The Egyptian Sahara is infinitely “empty” and overwhelmingly quiet. It has a magical effect on anyone who leaves their footsteps in the sand.

We follow the rhythm of the desert and let ourselves be guided by the Bedouins who take us to the most beautiful spots. We explore the desert by camel, on foot, or by jeep. You experience this journey together with the local population and sleep under the impressive starry sky.

During this trip, we invite you to live according to your own natural rhythm, in connection with the rhythm of the desert. Every day we offer (entirely optional) in-depth exercises such as meditation, solo time, moments of silence, visualization, rituals, dance and movement, creative invitations, and nature coaching. It helps you connect even more deeply with yourself, your essence, and this overwhelming landscape.

What Will You Experience?

  • Taste a full week of desert life. We immerse you in the traditions of the Bedouins.
  • You explore daily life in the Bahariya Oasis and enjoy the loving hospitality of the local population. You walk through palm fields, visit local farmers, help bake traditional breads, bathe in hot springs, barbecue among the palm trees…
  • Through a combination of moments of silence, nature coaching, meditation, sharing circles, and creative exercises, you feel more deeply connected to the power of the desert and experience more inspiration and inner peace. You get the chance to explore the desert and yourself through these intuitive techniques.
  • Let yourself be surprised by everything that comes your way and what the desert reveals to you.
  • Enjoy freshly cooked meals, traditional tea, and homemade Bedouin music together around the campfire.
  • In the oasis, you stay in an Eco Resort; in the desert, under the impressive starry sky or in a tent if you prefer.

Follow your Own Rhythm

You are completely free to participate in moments of stillness and deepening. These are also offered tailored to and aligned with the needs of the group. It is important to us that you can and may be entirely yourself on this journey. Enjoying, having fun, being together, or just alone in silence… nothing is mandatory, everything is possible. It’s your journey!

Unlike many mass package tours, this original journey brings an intense fusion with Egypt, its people, and nature. We invite you to brave sand, wind, and sun with us. Experience days of wonder and cooling nights under the beautiful starry sky.

Guidance

Usha is responsible for coaching and personal guidance during the trip. She is trained as a natural health therapist, systems coach, team and nature coach. > See Inside Nature

An experienced and professional team of local Bedouins (desert guides, drivers, and cooks) takes care of all practical matters. They are intensely connected to the desert, understand the rhythm of nature like no other, and perfectly sense what we need to do to live and survive in harmony. They support us 100% so we can enjoy the moment.
